That gut reaction, the instant 'I like this!' or 'Woah, cool!'. It's all about that first impression and making it a delightful 'hello'.

How easy and satisfying is it to actually use? We want users to feel like they're gliding through the experience with a smile. Think smooth moves and happy clicks!

Data is great, but stories are even better at revealing the "why" behind user behaviors.
This is about weaving into insights, where I'll design a slow hunch that builds up over time, and an "Eureka!" moment.

The Curiosity

It's an anomaly, with a potential benefit.

We'll give users a reason why they keep noticing about a certain situation, and something new, unusual and potentially useful.

The Envy

When you have realized that someone else is doing what you want to do - we'll do the same thing with our user!

This is healthy, motivating envy - not the same as envying someone's luxury lifestyle!

But sometimes, the most innovative solutions come from respectfully challenging conventions and thinking outside the box.
It's about knowing the rules well enough to bend them intelligently and daring to try unconventional approaches when it leads to a better user experience.
